The skid mounted divided into three cabins,power cabin, operation cabin, winch cabin. All doors seal well. The skid bodydesigned by anti-collision frame structure , the external cover is 3mm thicksteel plate, external extra standing to improve impact resistant ability. Theanti-collision frame is arranged lifting point at the top of the body and is equipped with limbs crimping typehoisting rigging. The skid unit compact, flexible and reliable to meet therequirement on offshore platform.
The power cabin design with Sound deadeningmaterial and use The Cummins EQB180-20 engine (rated power 132KW/2200RPM,engine electric starting) to meet the dynamic needs of cable and wire testingoperation. In addition, the cabin is equipped with imported Rexroth hydraulicpump, air compressor, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic oil coolingsystem, battery, lighting and other equipment, to provide power and lightingduring the entire unit working.
Six walls of operation cabin made by foamprocessing, brushed stainless steel plate or plastic cover whole walls, thecabin decoration by stainless steel and have good corrosion resistance. Thecabin installed winch panel, electric control box, air conditioning, table,cabinet, chair, frequency transformer and Lighting devices. The top side of thecabin can be lifted up.
The winch cabin is equipped with winchassembly, brake system, hydraulic spooler, measuring system, hydraulic motor,explosion-proof lighting, explosion-proof light, etc.
