DQ450 driven by ACvariable frequency motor directly. It is integrated high power AC variablefrequency motor in swivel head, equipped with automatic positioning guide,rotating head rack locking mechanism, and also integrated hydraulic stationsand other parts. DQ450 greatly reduce installation and maintenance time.

    DQ450 is mainlycomposed of two parts: power swivel and pipe processing system. The powerswivel includes: main motor, main bearing mechanism, the center of mud channel;pipe system mainly includes: back clamp, rotary head, tilting Ring device.Auxiliary system mainly includes: guide rail, pulley, VFD control room, PLCcontrol system, hydraulic station and hoist’s console.
